1. With effect from 1 October 2026, a processing fee equal to ten percent (10%) of Gross Player Deposits (the "Processing Fee") shall be deducted in the calculation of Net Revenue for all Affiliate accounts operating on a revenue share or hybrid commission model

2. Net Revenue = (Gross Player Deposits − Processing Fee) − Player Withdrawals.

3. The Processing Fee is applied prior to the deduction of Player Withdrawals and prior to the application of the Affiliate's revenue share percentage.

4. The Processing Fee shall not apply to commission earned on a pure CPA basis. In hybrid arrangements it applies only to the revenue share component.

5. This amendment does not vary the Affiliate's revenue share percentage, payment schedule, or any other term of the Agreement.

6. Commission accruing on player activity occurring on or before 30 September 2026 shall be calculated under the terms in force prior to this amendment, irrespective of payment date.

7. The Company may vary the Processing Fee on not less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice.
